Bonte Care works in partnership with Trilogy Care to provide reliable, person-centred support for eligible older Australians receiving care at home.
Bonte Care provides the agreed day-to-day support, while Trilogy Care manages the relevant aged-care program requirements and care arrangements. We do not present ourselves as an independent aged-care provider.

Our Aged-Care Support Services
1. Plan Management
We support clear communication and coordination around the agreed care arrangements, helping clients and families understand what support is being provided and who to contact.
2. Personal Care
Respectful assistance with everyday personal care and routines, including showering, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, meal preparation and other agreed activities at home.
3. Household Tasks and Daily Household Support
Practical assistance to help maintain a safe, comfortable home, including cleaning, laundry, gardening, basic household maintenance, meal preparation, shopping and other agreed daily household tasks.
Supporting Independence at Home
Our goal is to help older Australians remain comfortable, connected and as independent as possible in their own home. We work around each person’s routines and provide support with patience, respect and consistency.

Bonte Care supports clients across the Gold Coast, Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Logan and Ipswich areas, subject to availability and the agreed arrangements.
