What supports can you help me with?
Bonte Care provides a comprehensive range of NDIS services designed to support your independence and everyday wellbeing.
We can assist with daily living activities, community participation, transport, plan management, and life skill development.
Whether it’s helping you with personal care, social activities, budgeting, or learning new skills — our support is always personalised to your goals and lifestyle.
Can you help me understand and use my NDIS plan?
Yes — we’re here to simplify your NDIS journey.
Our team will walk you through how your plan works, explain your funding categories, and help you choose services that align with your goals.
We can also help you manage your budgets, track spending, and coordinate support with other providers so you get the most value out of your plan.
Can I choose my support worker?
Absolutely.
Your comfort and trust are our top priorities.
At Bonte Care, you have full choice and control over who supports you.
We match you with workers who fit your communication style, preferences, and personality, so you feel supported by someone who truly understands you.
Do you offer in-home and community support?
Yes, we provide flexible support where it suits you best — at home, in the community, or even online.
From personal care and meal preparation to social outings and workshops, we’re here to make your day easier and more enjoyable wherever you are most comfortable.
What areas do you service?
We currently support participants across Brisbane, Gold Coast, Logan, and surrounding areas.
If you’re outside these regions, get in touch — we may still be able to arrange flexible support depending on your needs.
Do you offer in-home support?
Yes — our in-home support is designed to help you live more comfortably and independently.
This includes assistance with cleaning, meal prep, personal care, and household organisation, ensuring your home remains a safe, positive space.
Can you help manage my NDIS plan?
Yes.
Our Plan Management team helps with everything from budgeting, funding guidance, and invoice processing to NDIS claim management.
We handle the admin so you can focus on your goals — and we ensure your funds are spent wisely on supports that make a real difference.
What if I don’t know what support I need?
That’s completely okay — many participants feel that way at first.
We’ll take time to talk with you, learn about your daily routines, challenges, and aspirations, and help you identify the services that can best support your journey toward independence and confidence.
Is there any cost to meet and discuss services?
No.
Your first conversation with us — whether it’s a coffee chat or phone call — is completely free and obligation-free.
It’s simply a friendly way for us to understand your goals and explain how Bonte Care can help.
Will I have the same support worker each time?
Yes — consistency is important to us.
We aim to match you with regular support workers so you can build familiarity, trust, and comfort.
If there’s ever a change, we’ll communicate clearly and ensure a smooth transition.
Can you help me get involved in the community?
Definitely.
We believe in connection and belonging.
Bonte Care offers community participation and group activities, such as social outings, workshops, volunteering, and sports.
We tailor these experiences to your interests and help you build friendships, confidence, and new skills along the way.
How do I book a coffee/chat?
It’s simple!
Click the “Let’s Chat Over Coffe” button, send us a quick message, or give us a call — we’ll organise a relaxed time to connect, online or in person.
We’d love to meet you and explore how we can help.
